Build and maintain strong client relationships through strategic consultation and responsive service.
Lead client onboarding, renewals, and meetings, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends.
Serve as the primary contact for deliverables including strategy plans, analytics, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Manage the full RFP process, analyzing proposals and recommending optimal plan options.
Negotiate with carriers and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms for clients.
Address client inquiries on benefits, claims, billing, and escalated issues across communication channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and stay informed on industry trends to support clients and Alera Group’s strategic goals.
This job can be performed in the office on a hybrid schedule agreed to with the manager.
