Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a global demand generation strategy leveraging diverse marketing channels aligned with revenue goals.
- Manage and optimize demand generation programs, budgets, and team functions including Global Campaigns, Field Marketing, ABM, and paid media/SEO.
- Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, and Product leadership to ensure alignment and success.
- Oversee regional marketing efforts to connect global campaigns with local execution driving pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Design, execute, and optimize digital campaigns, paid media, and SEO to maximize funnel efficiency and ROI.
- Plan and scale high-performance ABM programs targeting net new and existing customers to support revenue expansion.
- Ensure data-focused analytics and transparent reporting on marketing and pipeline performance with responsive action plans.
- Build and develop high-performing teams and strong stakeholder relationships within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
