Responsibilities
- Fulfill major life event recognition requests for employees
- Package and prepare online merchandise orders for shipment
- Coordinate menu and coupon distribution with student housing apartments
- Provide analytics for sports sponsorship cost per impression and coupon redemption
- Fulfill all charitable donation and 'surprise and delight' requests
- Manage marketing material requests and prepare contest prizes for shipment
- Collaborate on marketing storage unit inventory and social media ideation
- Assist with preparation for special events
- Serve as backup for Marketing Coordinator
- Complete special projects assigned by the Vice President of Marketing
Education
- High school diploma required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
