06/09/2025417 Ware Ave, Rockford, Illinois, 61107-6413, United States of AmericaThe Project Manager role within DaVita’s People (Human Resources or HR) Insights & Analytics team is designed to compile complex data sets, produce ongoing regular reporting, generate insight, and help draw conclusions and recommendations about DaVita’s business using DaVita’s people data. This role will focus on data and analysis focusing on the Teammate Experience team within People Services, including teammate (employee) relations.
The scope of work includes tracking, reporting, dashboard development, identification of gaps and opportunities and developing empirically supported recommendations in summary and executive ready formats. The successful candidate will develop new analytical solutions, review effectiveness, improve processes, create efficiencies, and drive decisions around how DaVita quantifies and improves the teammate experience. This position reports to a leader on the People Insights & Analytics team.

Salary/ Wage Range
$75,000.00 - $110,000.00 / yearIf a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

• New York Exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year
• Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year

New York Non-exempt:
• New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour
• Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour
• Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hour


Washington Exempt: $77,968.80/year

Washington Non-exempt:
• Bellingham: $17.66/hour
• Burien: $21.16/hour
• Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour
• Renton: $20.90/hour
• Seattle: $20.76/hour
• Tukwila: $21.10/hour

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
