Responsibilities
- Partner with business and talent acquisition leaders to define future talent needs and critical segments.
- Develop and maintain proactive talent pools, tracking market and competitor movements.
- Provide recruiters with insights, messaging, and activation materials for outreach.
- Collaborate with marketing to build and launch persona-driven employer brand campaigns.
- Contribute to the development and operationalization of skills and competency frameworks.
- Support the creation of internal talent marketplaces aligned with mobility strategies.
- Use data tools like Gem, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and internal analytics to inform strategies.
- Participate in talent calibration and hiring review cycles to align strategy with outcomes.
Education
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
