Responsibilities
- Lead and manage accounting team for timely financial reporting
- Oversee preparation and analysis of financial statements complying with GAAP and regulations
- Manage preparation and filing of SEC reports including 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure SOX compliance
- Drive finance projects including costing and ERP implementation support
- Provide strategic financial insights to executives
- Lead finance integration for acquisitions, carveouts, and divestitures
- Manage annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Support CFO in presenting financial reports to stakeholders and board
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA or CMA certification required
