Responsibilities
- Lead and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and consolidation for domestic and international entities.
- Oversee preparation and review of corporate journal entries and account reconciliations ensuring US GAAP compliance.
- Manage chart of accounts and enforce consistent accounting policies across all entities.
- Utilize Netsuite ERP for accounting operations and identify system optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental leaders to ensure accurate financial reporting and provide accounting guidance.
- Serve as primary contact for external auditors and manage consolidated and local statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
- Oversee accounts payable processes ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls over financial reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team.
- Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA certification strongly preferred.
