Sr. IT Product Manager, GTM
Skills
- Deep understanding of GTM systems and sales operations within software sales lifecycle.
- Experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related sales technologies.
- Strong strategic communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience with Agile frameworks and Product Led Growth operating models.
Responsibilities
- Act as trusted advisor between GTM business areas and IT Enterprise Applications team managing product strategy and roadmap.
- Prioritize business objectives using a Product Led Growth model to align IT GTM portfolio work.
- Translate business goals into technical scope, address risks and dependencies.
- Lead communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Develop and monitor usage metrics to assess customer satisfaction and ROI.
- Manage vendor relationships and participate in vendor selection and evaluation.
- Lead GTM steering committee meetings and maintain alignment with functional leaders.
- Mentor IT product managers, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
Education
- BS/BA in Business Administration, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
