Responsibilities
- Manage international market feedback for video hardware with cross-functional teams.
- Track regulatory certifications progress for hardware by region.
- Plan and coordinate international country launches and beta deployments.
- Support international SKU management, labels, packaging, and firmware configurations.
- Gather and prioritize international software/firmware feature requests.
- Diagnose and triage international-specific product issues.
- Maintain cross-team alignment between product and international go-to-market teams.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
- Business degrees accepted if paired with strong technical experience or focus.
