Skills
- 5+ years experience in eCommerce or consumer-facing product management.
- Expertise in financial goal management, KPI and metric definition.
- Proven leadership of A/B testing roadmaps with successful financial outcomes.
- Strong experience in user research and customer data trend analysis.
- Proficient in Scrum methodology and managing remote, distributed teams.
- Experience collaborating with data analytics and science engineering teams.
- Familiarity with data tools such as Adobe Analytics and Tableau.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the eCommerce roadmap and product vision for mobile and desktop.
- Drive initiatives related to expansion, monetization testing, and partnership with sales development teams.
- Manage complex projects across multiple systems including Adyen, Zuora, and Salesforce.
- Define business requirements, facilitate UX design, and evaluate third-party vendor integrations.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, data science, sales, marketing, and development teams to manage backlog and release planning.
- Anticipate and manage change with minimal disruption in cross-functional projects.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
