- Contribute individually to all stages of feature development including research, design feedback, testing, and documentation.
- Build and mentor a talented team of Product Leads, managing hiring and career development.
- Collaborate to establish effective product development processes emphasizing user understanding and value delivery.
- Set clear goals, provide feedback, and manage project workloads within the product team.
- Drive business growth by partnering with Customer Success, Sales, and other stakeholders.
- Participate actively in shaping product strategy and execution.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
