Your Role:
At Elanco, we empower our product teams to solve complex challenges – both customer and business related – with solutions that drive impact. As a Product Manager at Elanco, you will play a pivotal role in discovering and delivering digital solutions within a complex product area, ensuring they are valuable and viable, delivering meaningful outcomes that are aligned with corporate strategy and goals.
This Product Manager role will be a critical member of the Enterprise Risk, Controls & Assurance product team and will lead discovery of and enable execution of solutions that support cross-functional management of enterprise risk, regulatory compliance, and internal controls—and that aid audit readiness, real-time risk visibility, automated control execution and proactive assurance across SOX, ESG, supplier risk and regulatory domains.
Partnering closely with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Procurement, HR, and IT, you’ll deliver integrated, data-driven risk and control solutions. This includes systems, platforms and integrations for SOX controls automation, ESG data traceability, enterprise audit readiness (e.g. control evidence, policy-to-proof linkage, risk dashboards), third-party and supplier risk visibility, data privacy, investigations and conflicts of interest management, policy enforcement, and exceptions monitoring.
Initially, you’ll drive innovation and efficiency, leveraging your expertise to enhance our processes and digital products. What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, data science, business).
Required Experience: 7+ years technology experience showcasing strong learning agility in multiple business domains
