Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day operations of the Creative team including project timelines, resourcing, and deliverable tracking using Asana
- Facilitate weekly Creative Briefing meetings and co-lead the Global Committee
- Ensure alignment across branding, packaging, uniforms, and retail workstreams
- Partner with Supply Chain, Product, and Retail teams to define checklists and review cadences
- Develop clear documentation and executive-ready presentations
- Manage vendor scoping, freelance onboarding, and tracking of creative budgets
- Represent Creative in senior leadership meetings and hold cross-functional partners accountable
