The Manager, Materials Planning will lead all materials planning activities that support clinical and commercial manufacturing operations. This role is key in ensuring the timely availability of raw materials, components, and supplies to meet production demands across multiple phases of the product lifecycle. The Manager will drive process excellence, optimize ERP-based planning tools, and lead a team of Materials Planners to ensure materials readiness and alignment with site production schedules.

The anticipated salary range for this position in Maryland is $120,000 to $155,000 plus an annual bonus target. The final salary offered to a successful candidate may vary, and will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to: the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, skillset, education, business needs, etc. Catalent is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
