- Manage trade compliance service requests and incidents with problem management as needed.
- Assess feasibility, estimate resources, and guide IT teams on system enhancements and implementations.
- Perform hands-on SAP GTS configuration and gather detailed business requirements.
- Create detailed functional and technical designs, execute testing phases, and manage production releases.
- Ensure adherence to ASM procedures, processes, and standards within the team.
Education
- Relevant degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
