Technology Specialist

We are looking for someone to join our small but mighty team of technology experts. While this is not exclusively a technical support position, a large amount of your time will be spent coaching non-technical team members and affiliated companies with their computer and mobile phone issues, troubleshooting email and other connectivity problems, etc. The workforce is dispersed and remote so most of this work will be condcted via Zoom. We are almost exclusively a Mac/iphone shop and pride ourselves on being extremely customer focused with high degree of respect and kindness for our users. Experience and training as an Apple Genius is a big plus. Our approach to customer service is not necessarily a "white-glove" experience but more of an educational, docent approach. We honestly believe that everyone should be a master of their own technology tools and we strive to meet folks where they are and help them fix their problems and improve their skills at the same time. We place a high priority on digital security and operational security practices. Above all, we are looking for people with unimpeachable integrity and honesty who are effective communicators and believe in using technology to make the world a better place.
