Responsibilities
- Design and implement electrical control systems for semiconductor fabrication tools compliant with NFPA 79, UL 508A, and NEC standards.
- Develop detailed wiring schematics, cable routing, and panel layouts ensuring safety compliance.
- Coordinate CE Marking and UL certification for global semiconductor equipment deployment.
- Develop embedded control software and automation scripts using C/C++, Python, and Ladder Logic.
- Design and maintain GUI-based diagnostic and HMI tools with Python or LabVIEW.
- Integrate systems using Modbus, EtherCAT, and RS-485 protocols to enable real-time communications.
- Assist in system prototyping, testing, validation, and field deployment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with mechanical, electrical, and software teams.
- Provide technical support for troubleshooting, upgrades, and maintenance.
Education
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical and computer engineering or related field.
