Skills: Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; strong communication, presentation, and project management skills; expertise in designing for acquisition marketing and conversion-oriented campaigns.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field; 5–7+ years of design experience with a portfolio of high-impact work; familiarity with marketing analytics tools and creative testing methodologies preferred.

As a key contributor to our team, you’ll work closely with brand, marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to create high-impact digital assets—from paid acquisition campaigns, ad testing, email and landing page design, product launches and sales enablement tools. You'll play a pivotal role in connecting visual design with growth outcomes, using performance data and user insights to craft compelling campaigns that elevate our brand and drive conversion.
We’re looking for a designer who is fluent in modern design tools, deeply curious about customer behavior, and passionate about shaping design that not only looks great—but works hard. You will be a champion of brand consistency across all creative, while actively exploring new ideas to push our campaigns forward.

The pay range for this position is $105,900 to $158,900for all US locations. Articulate takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
