Responsibilities
- Manage full lifecycle recruiting for university candidates including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain close relationships with university departments, career centers, student groups, and faculty
- Develop and execute diversity sourcing strategies and partnerships
- Plan and execute creative recruiting events to enhance brand presence at partner universities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and align recruitment efforts accordingly
- Maintain job postings and handle high-volume interview scheduling
- Contribute to improving and scaling interview best practices
- Travel up to 20% during peak recruiting seasons
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field
