Responsibilities
- Manage a dynamic calendar and schedule meetings across time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting agendas and post-meeting follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between the CRO and internal/external stakeholders
- Track progress on key revenue projects
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
- Provide proactive support to the executive with minimal oversight
- Collaborate across departments to enhance operational effectiveness
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Relevant certification in executive assistance or administration is a plus
