Ancon is on the hunt for a Human Resources Coordinator, to round out our HR team. What’s the job all about?
The HR Coordinator will be responsible for functional and administrative support of the day-to-day functions of the Human Resources Department—including but not limited to benefits administration, on and off boarding, performance management, employee inquiries, and compliance. Additionally, the HR Coordinator is responsible for supporting the administration of Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs.
This role coordinates implementation of services, policies, and programs by partnering with other members of the organization as appropriate, and assists and advises company managers about Human Resources issues.
