Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical accounting expert for complex transactions ensuring U.S. GAAP and SEC compliance.
- Lead technical accounting research and documentation, including drafting detailed technical memos.
- Monitor and communicate impacts of FASB and SEC updates to the accounting team.
- Develop, maintain, and implement corporate accounting policies and best practices.
- Oversee preparation and filing of SEC reports including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and quarterly disclosures.
- Lead disclosure committee meetings to ensure internal readiness and compliance.
- Manage the Equity Administration function ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Active CPA license.
