Responsibilities
- Drive product development life cycle including specifications, testing, beta management, and product documentation
- Collaborate daily with product designers and software engineers on product functionality decisions
- Engage regularly with customers and monitoring station partners to understand their business needs and pain points
- Translate product vision into detailed actionable requirements
- Serve as product champion across internal sales, marketing, and support teams
- Work with engineering, support, sales, and partners to troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues
- Recommend and prioritize product improvements based on stakeholder feedback
Education
- B.S. or B.A. degree required, preferably in engineering, computer science, math, physics, or related field
