Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth experiments to increase activation, onboarding success, and user engagement.
- Craft and refine user engagement loops through product features, experiences, and messaging.
- Analyze and interpret experiment data using analytics tools and SQL to uncover insights and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and accelerate product decisions.
- Identify and advocate for strategic initiatives to enhance user retention and deepen engagement across desktop experiences.
