Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Source qualified candidates through referrals, networking, and recruiting platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
- Improve screening, interview, offer processes and manage reference checks and salary recommendations.
- Track and report key staffing metrics to measure recruiting effectiveness.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to maximize recruiting effectiveness.
