Finance Assistant

Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and processing of financial transactions, including invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting policies.
- Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly financial close processes.
- Prepare financial reports and assist in budget preparation.
- Support audit preparation by ensuring all financial documentation is organized and accessible.
- Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
- Respond to financial inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Associate's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
