About the Opportunity
Karo Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing, international client in the e-commerce space to find a highly skilled Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a remote-first team where your financial expertise will have a direct impact on the business. You'll be working closely with the Head of Finance to maintain financial integrity, streamline processes, and support key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the Head of Finance
- Manage, reconcile, and verify financial transactions with precision and accuracy
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll for a team of over 60 employees
- Ensure accurate classification and recording of all financial data
- Prepare monthly financial reports and adjustments
- Monitor budgets and highlight any variances
- Experience with US Accounting
Qualifications:
- Prior accounting experience with a U.S.-based company is mandatory
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Experience in a service-based company with varied pricing models and flexible payment structures
- High attention to detail with excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Fluency in English (B2 level or higher)
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
Work Environment Requirements:
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Immediate start preferred
- Quiet and professional home workspace
- Stable internet connection, webcam, and microphone
