Responsibilities
- Supervise operational accounting staff including training and performance management
- Ensure accurate transaction posting and timely financial data compliance
- Lead general ledger reconciliation and develop reconciliation policies
- Manage inventory accounting and collaborate with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams
- Perform quarterly revenue and cost analyses to support financial tracking
- Maintain process documentation and partner with Finance team on reporting processes
- Advise staff on complex transactions and escalate issues appropriately
- Collaborate on consolidation processes for quarterly financial statements
- Maintain and optimize Sage Intacct accounting system and SAP Concur expense system
- Support preparation of audit schedules and coordinate inventory counts
- Provide accounting support for ad-hoc analyses and strategic projects
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
- CPA designation preferred
