Responsibilities
- Process client requests regarding billing discrepancies and customer support.
- Assist with month-end responsibilities including billing specifications and data compilation.
- Support the complete billing cycle for a portfolio of enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with the Collections team on overdue client accounts.
- Investigate and provide documentation support for reconciliation and audit purposes.
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- High school diploma required
