Do you believe in the power of data, technology, and curiosity to modernize HR processes and build high-performing teams? If you’re looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact at a respected, rapidly growing, physician-led organization committed to excellence in patient care, we want to talk to you!

Does this sound like you?

  • Grounded and Professional: You’re composed under pressure, consistently trustworthy, and know when to be discreet and when transparency matters most. You’re resilient and solutions-focused—never reactive or dramatic.
  • Systems-Oriented: You naturally build structure, process, and people development into everything you do.
  • Clear and Direct Communicator: You’re honest, straightforward, and open to feedback. You don’t gatekeep knowledge—you build organizational capability by sharing what you know.
  • Resourceful and Growth-Oriented: Driven by curiosity and continuous improvement, you ask the right questions and back them up with thoughtful, results-focused solutions. You’re not afraid to challenge the status quo when a better way is possible.
  • Accountable and Action-Oriented: You take ownership, follow through, and make things happen—without excuses.
  • People-Centered, Business-Aligned: You care deeply about people—but always in service of performance, retention, and building a strong, capable organization. You’re trusted by leadership because you solve problems with clarity and impact—not emotion.

You’re someone who wants to build something meaningful. You thrive on fresh ideas, doing things the right way, and creating a culture of excellence through hiring, coaching, training, and accountability. Helping others grow and succeed is what drives you. Apply today!
