We are seeking an experienced Product Director to drive product innovation for our Issuer Digital Products business. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization for Visa's new and existing digital solutions aimed at issuers.
This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, a strong product management background, and exceptional leadership skills. This role is based in San Francisco and will report to the Head of Product for Issuing Solutions Digital Business.
Primary Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager. The location for the role will be in San Francisco (this is not a remote role).

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 196,000.00 to 252,450.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
