Job Summary
The Clinical Talent Sourcer is a full-time, exempt position responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing pipelines of well-qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) candidates. This role plays a critical function within the Clinical Talent Acquisition team, ensuring Expressable meets high-volume month-over-month hiring targets by sourcing top clinical talent across the United States. This fully remote role works primarily out of a home office performing outreach via phone and video conferencing across the United States.

What you would be doing at Expressable

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality SLP candidates through a variety of channels, including AI-powered platforms, Boolean search strings, sourcing tools, and social networks.
    Maintain deep knowledge of pipelines across all U.S. states.

  • Conduct “learning more” calls with prospective candidates to evaluate fit and generate interest.

  • Partner with Clinical Talent Acquisition Leadership to understand hiring goals and develop sourcing strategies tailored to state-specific pipelines.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate activity and sourcing progress in Ashby (ATS).

  • Build and maintain sourcing dashboards and analytics to communicate pipeline health, bottlenecks, sourcing effectiveness, and progress toward monthly, quarterly and yearly hiring goals to key stakeholders.

  • Consistently seek ways to reduce time-to-fill and cost-per-hire through continuous optimization of sourcing strategies.

  • Continuously identify market trends and candidate behavior insights to inform talent strategy, share competitive intelligence, and recommend new sourcing tactics or messaging to better attract high-quality SLPs.

  • Stay informed about new sourcing technology, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in identifying hidden talent.

What you bring to Expressable

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing in a high-volume clinical or healthcare recruiting environment, SLP sourcing preferred

  • Demonstrated success in passive candidate sourcing and advanced search methodologies

  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining dashboard analytics and communication to key stakeholders on pipeline health and effectiveness

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have:

  • Expertise with sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Hiretual, Gem)

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, AShby strongly preferred

  • Competency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs), Slack

  • Familiarity with AI-driven sourcing tools and CRM systems
