Responsibilities

- Act as a communication liaison handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence for executives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
- Support logistics for strategic events and board meetings.
- Manage travel expense report preparation and processing.
- Oversee onsite office management duties including front desk, visitor greeting, and facility maintenance coordination.
- Ensure smooth operation of office environment including supplies, equipment, and security access.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
