Job Summary:

As a Recruiter at Catalyst Dental Allies, you will play a vital role in shaping our team by leading all recruiting efforts. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent while ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Your collaboration with hiring managers and proactive engagement with dental schools and other dental organizations will be key in building a strong talent pipeline. Stay informed about the latest hiring trends to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruits potential candidates which includes advertising, screening, interviewing, and verifying references/credentials.
• Assists with new employee orientation to include completion of required documentation and forms, time cards, security badges, and coordinating training.
• Maintains consistent communications with organizations related to the dental industry including dental schools, hygiene schools, dental assisting schools, and other Oklahoma dental associations.
• Builds and maintains relationships with any and all potential future hires.
• Organizes and executes recruitment events.
• Fosters a positive workplace culture through internal celebrations and recognitions.
• Maintains Employee Handbook.
• Arranges for employee training.
• Maintains and reports department metrics.
• Ensures patient and employee confidentiality and follows HIPAA guidelines.
• Promotes a professional image by adhering to the established dress code as listed in Employee Handbook.
• Assists co-workers as needed.
• Recognizes when others are in need of assistance, information, or direction and offer to help when able or find someone who can.
• Maintains emotional control and diplomacy at all times.
• Maintains open and positive lines of communication.
• Adheres to company policies and procedures.
• Submits weekly status report when applicable.
• Coordinates employees at satellite clinic locations.
• Makes occasional visits as required to satellite clinic locations.

• Other duties as assigned.

Scheduled Working Hours:

Scheduled work hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Hours may vary depending upon the needs of the position, department, and business.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum two years experience in recruiting position, preferably in dental care setting.
• Minimum one year experience in event planning preferred.
• Knowledge of human resources policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of current benefits and administration requirements.
• Knowledge of payroll and employment documentation.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Skill in working with computers and computer applications.
• Skill in clear presentation of benefits information.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel including physicians, managers and other staff.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential employee information in a professional manner.
• Effective time management skills, including prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and work well with internal and external staff at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible and able to adapt quickly to meet project needs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment in both a lead and support role.
• Ability to work independently within the context of a plan.

• Proficient knowledge of Gmail, Google Workspace, and Google Drive.
• Knowledge of State and Federal Health and Safety Regulations.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to drive to dental clinics in region.

Physical Requirements:

• Physical ability to withstand the stress and demands of an active position.
• Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, perform data entry, and view computer screen for long periods of time.
• Good manual dexterity, eye-hand coordination, vision, and hearing.
• Occasional exposure to communicable diseases and biohazards.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals, radiation, and increased noise levels.
• Daily standing, walking, bending, and maneuvering.
• May require lifting up to 50 pounds or more to transfer and/or turn patient with and without assistive devices.

Travel:

Travel will be required.
