Customer Experience Coordinator - Philadelphia, PA

VEG is a rapidly expanding emergency veterinary company focused on providing outstanding customer experiences for pet parents. They seek an outgoing and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to ensure every client feels welcomed and well cared for in a fast-paced emergency hospital environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming customer communications promptly and warmly.
  • Greet and check in customers, monitor wait times, and improve workflow efficiency.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints empathetically and proactively.
  • Collect customer feedback and share positive insights to improve service.
  • Process payments accurately and maintain customer financial records.
  • Engage with customers during wait times and update clinical teams on customer needs.
  • Educate customers on treatment options and provide post-visit follow-up communications.
  • Create personalized customer experiences and celebrate special moments.

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
