Customer Experience Coordinator - Redmond, WA

VEG is a rapidly growing emergency company revolutionizing emergency medicine with a focus on customer experience and an employee-centric work environment. We are seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator who is passionate about delivering impeccable experiences and supporting pet parents during their visits.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer communications and record call information accurately
  • Greet customers warmly upon their arrival and ensure efficient check-in
  • Monitor customer wait times and work to improve workflow efficiency
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve them empathetically
  • Engage with customers while they wait and keep them informed
  • Follow up with customers post-visit to ensure satisfaction

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service roles
