Responsibilities
- Plan, design, build, install, upgrade, and train users on information systems to maintain technological functionality.
- Provide analytics and clinical workflow metrics to support Surgery Center leadership decisions.
- Coordinate project plans with surgery staff, IT teams, and vendors including testing, training, and implementation.
- Serve as escalation support for troubleshooting and prioritizing issues with surgery center applications and hardware.
- Assist in developing application specialists and training materials for user education.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with customers and stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and oversight to Surgical Services AV Technicians across multiple locations.
- Participate actively in surgery center leadership activities.
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and organizational values.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Registered Nurse license in Colorado or valid compact state preferred.
