  • Drive planning and execution of office and site layouts, covering seating strategy, occupancy forecasting, renovations, and workspace enhancements.

  • Lead planning and execution of a variety of site and facility projects, including Master Site Planning and real estate initiatives.

  • Ensure alignment of workplace services—including amenities, furniture, audiovisual systems, and sound masking—with employee needs.

Budgeting & Cost Control

  • Develop and manage the annual budget for Site Services, ensuring responsible spending and alignment with site priorities.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with leaders across manufacturing, HR, IT, EHS, and corporate teams to ensure site services align with business and operational goals.

  • Support company events, crisis response, and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of management experience in workplace strategy, facilities, or site services management, preferably in a mixed-use environment with manufacturing, commercial, and corporate functions.

  • Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams and overseeing vendor partnerships to deliver strategic space planning and workplace initiatives within a corporate setting.

  • Expertise in site planning, soft facilities management, and ensuring workplace safety and compliance standards.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Solid grasp of hybrid work trends, space utilization analytics, and employee-centered workplace design principles.

  • Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to interpret workplace insights to inform decision-making.

  • Flexible and willing to travel based on business needs.
