Business Development Sales Executive

Vaco, LLC is seeking a Business Development Sales Executive responsible for generating sales, establishing client relationships, and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill job orders while working with business stakeholders to deliver projects timely and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain a target client list to develop strong relationships.
  • Conduct prospecting activities via calls, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Generate new job orders weekly meeting performance objectives.
  • Manage job orders from intake through fulfillment.
  • Use Bullhorn to log activities and manage business growth.
  • Collaborate with teammates for cross-selling and fulfilling positions.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • 12 to 24 months technology sales or staffing experience
