Customer Success & Service Specialist
Location: On-site – Valley Stream, NY
Compensation: up to $60,000 annually
We’re hiring a Customer Success & Service Specialist to join a growing, fast-paced team in
Valley Stream. This is an on-site role supporting external clients and internal operations for a high-performance, service-driven business. If you're sharp, detail-obsessed, and take pride in doing things right the first time—we want to meet you.
What You'll Be Doing:
● Supporting daily operations and client service needs across multiple channels
● Managing inbound and outbound communications with speed and professionalism
● Staying on top of client requests, tracking deliverables, and following up with urgency
● Creating and maintaining internal documentation and status updates
● Working cross-functionally with other departments to ensure a consistent client
experience
● Becoming a go-to problem solver and support resource for both customers and the team

2 years experience in a Customer Success or Service Specialist role

● Are comfortable with basic tech tools and platforms (CRM, email tracking, shared docs)

Location is 100% on-site in Valley Stream.
Full-time | 50- $60K salary
