We are seeking a Remote Live Chat Support representative to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service orientation.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat
Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner
Document customer interactions and feedback for analysis
Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service or support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using live chat software and CRM systems
Preferred Skills:
Experience working remotely or in a virtual team environment
