The OpportunityOur Lifecycle Marketing team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Email (Graphic) Designer who is excited to craft email and SMS experiences that are not only visually stunning but also highly effective. You’ll work closely with strategists, copywriters, and retention experts to design campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty for some of the fastest-growing brands in the world. You’ll join a collaborative, remote-first team that values fresh ideas, attention to detail, and bold creativity grounded in performance.
Who You AreYou’re a thoughtful, skilled designer with a strong foundation in email best practices and a sharp eye for brand. You’re collaborative by nature and thrive in environments where you can share ideas, take feedback, and present work with confidence. You’re comfortable working with clients, thinking strategically about visual storytelling, and iterating quickly in a fast-paced agency setting.
What You’ll DoThis is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. While we support flexible work arrangements, most collaboration occurs within Eastern and Central North American time zones. Availability during standard business hours in those zones is preferred to support real-time coordination with clients and internal teams.
What You BringSalary range: $55,000 – $70,000 USD
