Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
At least one year of experience in a related field
Applicable equivalencies may be considered for the above qualifications.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least two years of prior experience in the secretarial field
Proficient level of competency and experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, StarRez and HogSync
One year experience working in a young adult environment
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities (KSAs):
Knowledge of record keeping procedures
Knowledge of basic arithmetic
Knowledge of basic grammar
Knowledge of computers and software applications
Ability to conduct research and compile data into report form
Ability to establish and maintain filing systems
Ability to operate standard office equipment
Ability to analyze documents to determine compliance with rules, regulations, and procedures
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
