Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education
OR
At least three years of experience in admissions, or relevant work experience
Driver's license as work travel will be required
Preferred Qualifications:
JD from an accredited institution of higher education
At least three years of practice experience and experience in law school admissions
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):
Strong organizational, analytical, and writing skills, including the ability to compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents
Strong proficiency in computer operation and software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and student database systems (Unite 2.0 and Workday)
Sound professional judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and discretion while ensuring the highest standards of confidentiality
Proficient in performing duties with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and to work under pressure with frequent interruptions
Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff and other relevant legal contacts and work in a collaborative environment
Capable of managing a demanding travel schedule and willing to travel extensively. A valid driver’s license is required
