Responsibilities
- Own key performance indicators including ROAS, CAC, LTV, CVR, Revenue, and Contribution Margin across DTC and Amazon channels worldwide.
- Develop and implement measurement frameworks with regular performance reviews to ensure alignment and results.
- Identify and tailor market-specific growth opportunities in collaboration with channel leads.
- Manage agency relationships, review creative and media strategies, and ensure continuous improvement of paid media campaigns.
- Plan and manage annual and quarterly budgets, reallocating spend dynamically to maximize ROI.
- Lead optimization efforts including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and collaboration to improve user experience on meater.com and marketplace platforms.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product launches and brand initiatives.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
