Who we’re looking for
The Productivity Engineering team at Toyota Financial Services is looking for a highly motivated Power Platform Solutions Engineer to design, build, and optimize solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. You’ll work closely with internal business teams to understand complex needs and create smart, scalable solutions—primarily using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
This role is a mix of technical solutioning, automation development, and support for user-built applications across the organization.
What you’ll be doing
Lead the design and development of end-to-end solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents, and CoPilot Studio.
Build automated workflows to improve internal efficiency and eliminate manual processes.
Translate complex business problems into effective, user-friendly technical solutions.
Support, enhance, and troubleshoot existing solutions, including those developed by internal users.
Create and maintain clear documentation of solution architecture, workflows, and processes.
Guide internal teams in adopting Power Platform tools and best practices.
Build no-code intelligent chatbots to automate common internal and customer-facing interactions.
What you bring
5+ years of experience building solutions with the Microsoft Power Platform.
Deep expertise with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Virtual Agents.
Familiarity with Azure services and how they integrate with Power Platform.
Experience in solution architecture, including app design, data modeling, and governance.
Strong grasp of low-code/no-code development and automation concepts.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with business stakeholders.
Microsoft Power Platform certifications.
Added bonus if you have
7+ years of Power Platform experience, including hands-on work with CoPilot Studio.
Experience modernizing or replacing legacy business applications with Power Platform.
Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API.
Background in Agile or Scrum environments.
