Job Description:
Parsons is seeking to hire a Lead Systems Engineer for U.S. Government contracts in support of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). The Lead Systems Engineer will provide end-to-end hard-skilled multi-discipline engineering knowledge and lead an engineering team supporting international nuclear/radiological detection and border surveillance/security projects in challenging and dynamic international environments.
Parsons experience in this field, combined with your experience leading engineering teams through all phases of the system engineering framework including, requirements development, preliminary/critical/final designs, procurement support, system integration/implementation, testing, and turnover/closeout will propel your career and engineering leadership opportunities forward. We need our Lead Systems Engineer to be technically proficient in multiple engineering disciplines, versatile, enthusiastic to work in highly flexible, collaborative environments, exceptional in communication, analytical and organizational skills.
