Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of customer programs, meeting scope, schedule, and budget.
- Drive delivery from client sites with real-time issue resolution and team coordination.
- Manage dependencies, milestones, and risks across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure technical and business alignment between solutions and customer goals.
- Facilitate communication among engineering, product, and business teams.
- Serve as primary contact for client stakeholders and manage expectations proactively.
- Lead technical teams ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices and quality standards.
- Champion consistent use of project tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Track and report KPIs related to delivery performance and client outcomes.
- Coach and mentor junior team members promoting ownership and accountability.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field or equivalent experience.
