Role Overview

As an Implementation Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers during onboarding and deployment. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure successful integrations, drive adoption, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role requires a blend of technical & business expertise, project management acumen, and strong stakeholder management skills to bridge the gap between customer needs and our AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

• Project Management: Oversee the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering to successful go-live.

• Technical Integration: Guide customers through API integrations, data workflows, and system configurations, ensuring our AI solutions align with their existing infrastructure.

• Customer Success Enablement: Work closely with customers to drive adoption, optimize performance, and troubleshoot implementation roadblocks.

• Process Optimization: Develop best practices, playbooks, and repeatable processes to scale implementation efficiency.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.

• Business Expertise: Help the customer map the right workflows to drive positive ROI and business outcomes

• Training & Documentation: Develop technical documentation, training materials, and knowledge base content to support customers and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in Implementation Management, Technical Project Management, or similar roles in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong experience in AI-driven SaaS, APIs, enterprise software, or technical integrations.

• Excellent project management skills with a proven ability to lead multiple customer implementations simultaneously.

• Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with APIs, webhooks, data pipelines, and enterprise IT environments.

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate conversations with executives, technical teams, and end-users.

• Experience working in an early-stage startup is a plus – adaptability and a problem-solving mindset are key.

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and AI/ML solutions is a plus.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment where processes are evolving.
