Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Friday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Job Description:

As a Project Manager Assistant, you'll provide vital support across project operations and administrative functions. You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to ensure logistics, documentation, and communication are handled with precision and professionalism.

Administrative & Project Support

• Review and verify order details prior to Project Manager approval.
  
• Assist in placing orders with vendors and confirm the accuracy of order confirmations.
  
• Support freight coordination, including completing freight worksheets and ensuring tracking updates are communicated.
  
• Perform general back-office tasks as needed to support project flow.
  

Data Management

• Perform accurate and timely data entry across project documents and internal systems.
  
• Maintain well-organized digital and physical records.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong typing skills.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Professional appearance in accordance with our business casual dress code.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  
• Professional and polished demeanor and appearance in line with our business casual dress code.
